Japan Organization of Chinese Scientists (JoCS) was first founded in 2011 as a not-for-profit organization by leaders of TOP-7 oversea Chinese organization’s in Japan to form the largest overseas community in Japan for communication of science and technologies within the oversea Chinese and between oversea Chinese and people both in domestic China and Japan. Under the effective step toward synergism, JoCS has built the biggest oversea Chinese scientist and engineers organization with over 5000 professional members received worldwide attending. JoCS provides services including, (1) Representative Oversea Office of China and its local Governments in Tokyo, (2) Organizing recruitment event in Japan for Chinese governments or companies, and (3) co-organizing campaign of policies or communicating events with Chinese governments or companies both in Japan and China.
