法中企业家和管理工作者协会创立于2002年，是独立的民间机构（ONG），在法国正式注册。其定位是"高效的中、法交流平台"，为法、中交流提供策划、咨询和服务。成立以来一直致力于推动中法经济、文化和学术交流，积极推动中法企业合作,协助法国政府和民间机构在中国开展友好活动,协助中国地方政府在法国和欧洲开展招商引资、缔结友好城市、人才招聘及培训工作，并代理中国多个政府部门在巴黎和欧洲的办事处。从2005年起，该协会被中国国家外专局确认为培训基地。

经过多年的积累，该协会建立了自己的经济数据库，储存了包括企业信息、人力资源信息和项目信息在内的各类资料。在不断地发展过程中，协会和法国各地工商会、中小企业联合会、经贸委建立了友好合作关系。

Sino-France Association of Entrepreneurs

 (Hereinafter referred to as ASSOGES)

Established in 2002, ASSOGES is an individual non-governmental organization, which is officially registered in France. Positioning itself as an efficient Sino-France communication platform, it has been providing planning, consultation and service for Sino-France communication and exchanges. Ever since its establishment, ASSOGES has been dedicated to promoting Sino-France communication in economy, culture and academy and played an active role in promoting Sino-France business cooperation, assisting French government and NGOs to organize exchange activities in China, and likewise, helping local Chinese governments with investment attraction, establishing partnership cities and personnel training and recruitment in France and Europe. Also, it has been authorized by many Chinese government organs to set up their representative offices in Paris and Europe. In 2005, ASSOGES was accredited as Training Center by State Administrative of Foreign Experts, P.R. China.

 After years’development, the Institute has established its own data base, including different types of information such as corporates information, human resource information, and projects information. Throughout its continuous development, a robust tie has been made between ASSOGES and local French commercial chambers，unions of small-and-medium-sized enterprises and trade-related government organs.
