美中商务与文化交流中心（简称"UCBCEC"）是在美国登记注册的国际化专业机构，成立于1999年，总部设在美国政治、文化、外交、信息交流中心，首都华盛顿，在美国西部及中国北京均设有代表处。

在美国，该中心与众多世界知名的高等学府开展合作项目，包括哈佛大学、麻省理工学院、乔治华盛顿大学、乔治梅森大学、卡普兰高等教育集团，在这些大学里组织、安排会议论坛和培训课程，并提供高质量、全方位地服务。

此外，美中商务与文化交流中心与美国很多政府部门、大型企业、民间机构、行业协会等建立了广泛而深入的合作关系，为中国政府招才引智和培训考察等提供了坚实的基础、广泛的信息来源和丰富的人力资源。2009年该中心获得了中国国家外国专家局授予的引进、介绍外国专家来华工作的境外组织资格证书，为该中心引进海外人才智力提供了更好的平台。在国家外专局指导下，围绕客户在文教科技和社会管理等各部门的不同任务，积极开展引智工作，引智领域不断拓宽，引智能力不断提高，引智管理逐步规范，引智成效日益显现。2014年我中心与国家外专局经济技术专家司在华盛顿签署合作协议，正式成为国家外专局经济技术专家组织。

The U.S.-China Business and Cultural Exchange Center (abbreviated as "UCBCEC") is an international professional organization registered in the United States. Founded in 1999, it is headquartered in Washington, the political, cultural, diplomatic, and information exchange center in the United States. We have representative office in the western United States and in Beijing, China.

We aim to promote friendly exchanges between China and the United States, provide quality services for various advanced training, business visits, international conferences, and project cooperation between China and the United States, and nurture high-quality professional and managerial talents in various industrial fields for the Chinese government and non-governmental organizations.

UCBCEC collaborates with many world-renowned institutions of higher learning, including Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, George Washington University, George Mason University, Kaplan Higher Education Group, and organizes conference forums and training courses at these universities with high quality and all-round services.

In addition, UCBCEC has established extensive and in-depth cooperative relationships with many U.S. government departments, large-scale enterprises, non-governmental organizations, and industry associations, providing extensive sources of information and rich human resources for the Chinese government’s recruitment of talents and training visits. In 2009, the  center received the overseas organization qualification certificate granted by China's State Administration of Foreign Experts Bureau for the introduction of foreign experts to work in China, which provided a better platform for the center to introduce intelligence from overseas talents. Under the guidance of the State Bureau of Foreign Experts, we’ve made progress in introducing talents in the area of culture, education, science and technology and social management. In 2014, UCBCEC signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of Economic and Technical Experts of the State Department of Foreign Experts Affairs in Washington and formally became the economic and technical expert organization of the State Foreign Experts Agency.

UCBCEC will, as always, commit itself to providing qualified talents and intellectual support to serve China’s rapid economic development and social reforms.
